Purpose of collecting data

The purpose of this data collection is to contact you about placing an order with the tree nursery or answering your query.  

Who we are

Shelfanger Community Tree Nursery (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a volunteer-led, not-for-profit community group based in Shelfanger, Norfolk, UK. We grow and sell local provenance trees and use any surplus funds to support tree planting projects in our community.

What data we collect

Your name and contact details if you get in touch, place an order, or sign up for updates. Payment information (processed securely via our payment provider — we don’t store card details).  Basic website analytics (anonymous) to improve our site.

How we use your data

To respond to your messages or process your orders.  To keep you updated about nursery news and events (if you opt in).  To comply with UK laws (e.g. record keeping).

Sharing your data

We will never sell or swap your data. We only share it with trusted service providers (like payment processors) where necessary.

Your rights
