Purpose of Terms and Conditions

The purpose of our Terms and Conditions is to tell you about our approach to selling or giving away the trees we grow at Shelfanger Community Tree Nursery  

1. About Us

We are a small, volunteer-led community group passionate about trees. Purchases from us support local tree planting projects.

2. Online Sales

Orders are subject to availability (we grow trees in small batches).  Prices are in GBP and may change without notice.  Payment is taken at the time of order through a secure payment system.

3. Delivery & Collection

We currently deliver trees in Shelfanger free of charge. Delivery details are confirmed at checkout.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days. As trees are perishable, we can’t always accept returns, but we’ll do our best to help.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, photos, and graphics on this site belong to Shelfanger Community Tree Nursery unless otherwise stated. Please ask before reusing them.

6. Links to Other Sites

We may link to other organisations or resources. We’re not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Liability

We take care to provide healthy trees and reliable information, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from tree use or website content.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally.  Please check this page for the latest version.
